What Are PTC General Meetings?
PTC (Parent-Teacher Committee) General Meetings are gatherings where Cobblestone families and staff come together to discuss and plan events, review past activities, and share ideas to improve our school community.
Here's what typically happens during a meeting:
- Agenda Presentation: The PTC president prepares and presents the agenda for the meeting.
- Treasurer's Report: A financial update is provided by the treasurer.
- Event Planning: Discussion of upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and the establishment of committees. Attendees collaborate on event details.
- Review of Past Events: Successes and areas for improvement are reviewed.
- Future Planning: Open discussion about future events and school improvements.
- Teacher Input: Teachers may share their needs or requests for the classroom and campus.
- Socializing: Attendees have the chance to socialize and get to know other Cobblestone families.
The atmosphere is collaborative, open-minded, fun, inviting, and casual.
